During a field tour by Annahar at the Laklouk ski resort, the scene pointed to a promising, active season, with Lebanese families and tourists arriving from the early morning hours, reflecting a renewed appetite for winter tourism under favorable natural and organizational conditions.

Laklouk ski resort continues to reinforce its position as one of Lebanon’s leading ski destinations and a winter retreat that brings together breathtaking scenery, sport, and warm family moments. It is considered among the country’s top winter spots, thanks to an integrated offering that combines striking mountain landscapes, good organization, and an experience suited to all age groups.

The resort is located between Mzaar and the Cedars, at an altitude ranging from 1,750 to 2,000 meters above sea level, and about an hour and fifteen minutes from Beirut, making it an easy and popular destination for snow lovers among both Lebanese visitors and tourists.
This year’s snow season began with notable momentum, with ski pistes running from 1,666 meters up to 1,914 meters, under favorable natural conditions and lively activity across all levels.

Entry costs are set at $35 for adults and children on weekends, and $25 on weekdays, allowing a wide segment of people to enjoy the experience without additional burdens.

During the field visit, several visitors told Annahar they were impressed by the site’s beauty and organization, describing Laqlouq as offering a complete winter experience that combines enjoyment, safety, and affordable prices. They noted that easy access and the terrain make it a preferred choice for families, particularly for those trying skiing for the first time.
