The U.S. President, Donald Trump, announced today, Friday, that he "does not rule out the possibility of a war with Venezuela."
In an interview with NBC, Trump stated, “There will be additional confiscations of Venezuelan oil tankers.”
Yesterday, Thursday, Venezuela asked the United Nations Security Council to hold a meeting to discuss the ongoing U.S. aggression against the country, according to a letter sent to the 15-member council, reviewed by Reuters.
A diplomat at the United Nations stated that "the meeting is likely to be held next Tuesday."
