Israeli airstrikes hit southern Lebanon bridges, reporter injured
RT journalist and cameraman wounded during live coverage as Israel targets infrastructure used by Hezbollah for weapons transport.
Israeli warplanes struck the Al-Qasmiya Bridge in southern Lebanon on Thursday, targeting the same location hit yesterday.
During the live coverage just before the strike, RT reporter Steve Sweeney and his cameraman Ali Reda Sbeiti were injured.

On Wednesday, Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz announced that the army had struck and destroyed two additional bridges over the Litani River in Lebanon, noting that the Iran-allied Hezbollah was using them to smuggle weapons southward.
He said: "This is a clear message to the Lebanese government: Israel will not allow Hezbollah to use Lebanon’s state infrastructure."
