Adraee said: "This strike relied on precise intelligence and was carefully planned over many weeks by the Operations Directorate, the Intelligence Directorate, the Air Force, and the Northern Command, with the aim of intensifying the blow against Hezbollah."
He continued: "Most of the structures targeted were located in the heart of civilian areas, reflecting Hezbollah’s use of Lebanese civilians as human shields to protect its activities. Measures were taken before the strikes to minimize harm to non-combatants as much as possible."
He added: "Hezbollah has chosen to join the battle and operate under the auspices of the Iranian regime, harming the state of Lebanon and its citizens. The state of Lebanon and its citizens must oppose Hezbollah’s placement in civilian areas and its efforts to arm itself militarily."
