Following a disappointing loss to Oleksandr Usyk in December 2024, Tyson Fury disappeared from the spotlight. The occasion marked his fifth retirement from the sport.
Fury (34-2-1, 24 KOs) will now face off against knock-out champion Arslanbek Makhmudov (21-2, 19 KOs) in a match sure to make headlines. The event will mark Fury's first boxing match in his native Britain in four years, streamable worldwide on April 11th at no additional cost to Netflix subscribers.

Hints of another return surfaced earlier this month when the Brit took to Instagram saying:
“2026 is that year. Return of the Mac. Been away for a while but I’m back now, 37 years old and still punching. Nothing better to do than punch men in the face and get paid for it.”
