Hezbollah Leader Naim Qassem mourns Khamenei, vows resistance against Israel and U.S.
The Secretary‑General of Hezbollah, Sheikh Naim Qassem, mourned the Iranian Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, who was killed in Israeli raids in Tehran.
He affirmed, "We will fulfill our duty to confront aggression, confident in God's victory, guidance, and support."

Sheikh Qassem continued, "We in Hezbollah and the Islamic resistance in Lebanon, along with all who support Khomeini's path, will continue on this path with determination and steadfastness, with a martyr-like spirit that knows no fatigue or frustration and does not accept humiliation. We will always be at the forefront of the fighters, striving to liberate the land and humanity in the way of the master of the martyrs of the nation, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah."
"Our leader and commander ascended to heaven standing firm and courageous, entrusting his reward to God Almighty." Qassem called on his supporters saying, "[Nasrallah] left behind tens of millions of followers of the leadership, leaders who will continue to carry the banner and follow the path, and peoples who will remain in the field, proclaiming true Muhammadi Islam, supporting the truth, working to liberate Palestine and Jerusalem, and engaging in resistance that saves the oppressed from the yoke of arrogance, occupation, dependency, and surrender."
The Hezbollah leader continued, "For the tyrannical and criminal Zionist-American aggression to target our leader and commander and the leader of the nation, Imam Khamenei (may his secret be sanctified), along with a number of leaders and officials and innocent Iranian people, this is the height of criminality. This assassination is a stigma on the forehead of all humanity, as the killers of the prophets—the Zionists—oppress the peoples of the world with tyranny, supported by the Great Satan, America, in the framework of a sinful and dangerous aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran and what it represents to the noble, free people of the world and its resistance."
Hezbollah had called for a gathering in the southern suburb of Beirut to protest Khamenei's killing tonight, Sunday.
