An Israeli drone strike targeted the village of Yater in southern Lebanon. In this context, Israeli military spokesperson Avichay Adraee said the army carried out an attack targeting “a Hezbollah operative in the Yater area.”

Shortly afterward, a second strike was carried out on the same village. Adraee said the Israeli army had targeted “an additional Hezbollah operative in the area.”

The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported one person killed and another wounded in the Israeli airstrikes.

The strikes came a day after a similar Israeli drone attack targeted the southern Lebanese town of Taybeh. Separately, an Israeli suicide drone exploded inside an unoccupied house in the southern town of Blida, without causing any casualties.
