Israeli strikes continue across Gaza amid ongoing ceasefire violations

Health authorities report more casualties as airstrikes, drone attacks, and artillery fire hit multiple areas in the Gaza Strip over the past 48 hours

The Israeli army continued violating the ceasefire on the 226th day across various areas of the Gaza Strip.

 

 

According to Palestinian media outlets, Israeli shelling over the past 24 hours killed two people and injured others.

Meanwhile, Gaza’s Ministry of Health announced that hospitals across the Strip received 8 martyrs and 29 injured people over the past 48 hours.

Twenty seven year old Louay Basal was killed and three others were injured after a drone targeted him near his home beside Al Ridwan Mosque in the Asqoula area east of Gaza City.

A shepherd was also killed after being targeted by a bomb dropped from a quadcopter drone in the Al Shakoush area northwest of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

 

 

The Israeli army targeted a house in Al Bureij camp after ordering residents of an entire residential block to evacuate.

 

Warplanes also targeted a house in Al Nuseirat camp.

 

Artillery shelling and gunfire were also reported targeting the eastern areas of Al Shuja’iya neighborhood east of Gaza City.
