The Black Box Group, an integrated Emirati led business platform, is showcasing during its participation in the fifth edition of the Make it in the Emirates exhibition an advanced Emirati model that combines luxury jewelry manufacturing and smart solutions for business development in an experience that began in the UAE and expanded to markets in the Gulf, Europe, and Africa.
For her part, the Chief Executive Officer of The Black Box Group, Hamda Al Mansoori, confirmed that artificial intelligence technologies have become a fundamental pillar in developing jewelry manufacturing processes through the use of smart systems that monitor production stages and analyze pieces with high precision, contributing to higher efficiency, reduced waste, and improved quality of the final product.
She said that the artificial intelligence systems used analyze the piece at every stage of the manufacturing process inside the factory, measure the amount of waste, detect any potential issues, and suggest appropriate solutions to address them.
She noted that this type of application is still not common in the jewelry manufacturing sector, where most facilities currently rely on surveillance cameras and traditional human monitoring.
She added that The Black Box Group represents an umbrella that includes “Black Box Manufacturing” and “Black Box Corporate Services,” explaining that all jewelry manufacturing operations within the company are monitored and controlled through artificial intelligence technologies developed by the company through its specialized arm in this field.
She further explained that the company specializes in jewelry manufacturing and provides support to jewelry designers by guiding them on suitable manufacturing methods, feasible designs, and production techniques, in addition to marketing and sales strategies, and transforming ideas into fully developed companies ready for the global market, with a focus on quality, innovation, and Emirati excellence.
