Israeli strikes and Hezbollah operations escalate across southern Lebanon and northern Israel

In the Nabatieh district, the Israeli army carried out heavy airstrikes on the towns of Adshit, Jebchit, and Harouf, while explosions were heard from distant areas, with their echoes reaching the city of Sidon.
In parallel, reports indicated that an Israeli drone was shot down between Upper Nabatieh and Mayfadoun.
Meanwhile, civil defense teams resumed search operations for missing persons in the town of Jouya in Tyre district after a previous strike, which resulted in the recovery of the bodies of five victims.
New damage was also recorded, including the destruction of a water pumping station in the town of Batoulay, leading to a halt in water supply.
Hezbollah announced that it had targeted an Israeli army drone of the Hermes 450 Zik type in the skies over the city of Nabatieh using a surface to air missile.

Information also indicated that the Israeli army detonated the “Al-Bayyad Tourist Resort,” while Israeli drone activity was recorded over the Tyre area.

In response, the Israeli army announced that a drone launched by Hezbollah had crashed near the settlement of Shomera in Western Galilee, with no injuries reported.
