Trump signals possible aid for Iranian protesters amid unrest
After U.S. President Donald Trump threatened Iranian authorities amid widespread protests in Iran, the Jerusalem Post quoted sources saying Trump is expected to provide assistance to Iranian protesters.
The sources said, “Trump has initially decided to help protesters in Iran, but he has not yet determined how and when this assistance will be provided.”
One source told the Jerusalem Post, “The options range from military action, specifically strikes against regime targets, to cyberattacks against the regime, and providing Starlink systems to assist protesters.”

The source added, “Although the Trump administration does not believe the Iranian regime is collapsing, it certainly sees problems and gaps that were not present a week ago.”
