"Hello UNRWA , can you hear me "

As a devoted viewer to the daily live TV show "Let's Kill Children of Gaza", sponsored by "God Knows Who,", I regret every single hour I have spent attending any history lecture. I remember very well that every time I read about the atrocities that took place in WW1 and WW2, I used to comfort myself by saying, "Thank God, this will never happen again! We are blessed to live in an era where the United Nations works day and night to spread peace, justice, and, most importantly, equality. And, in case of any "military misunderstanding", the UNRWA makes sure to help and protect refugees. I insist on the word "protect"! But, no, I was wrong. I lived a fairytale in my head that war crimes would never happen again. And here we are, in front of a genocide where the UN could not stop airstrikes on the UNRWA schools, which represent the only hope for Palestinian children to stay alive. I'm not only traumatized by the brutal images I see but also deeply disappointed in any and every international organization that claims to protect children. This confusion between what I've learned and what I'm currently seeing pushed one question into my head that refuses to leave: How will I tell the story of what's currently happening to the children of tomorrow? How can I define democracy if it's enough for a VETO country to cancel any possibility of a ceasefire on schools? How can I explain the fact that the airstrikes continued despite the killing of UNRWA staff? ... I don't know.
Oh, by the way, I got no answer from the UNRWA yet; maybe the line was "cut" or never existed in the first place.
